Notes:
- Sunbeds with extra charge
- We provide free accommodation for children up to 3 years old sharing bed with their parents
- Baby cot: free of charge
- Buffet breakfast: € 8 (per person)
- Extra bed (6 yrs and up): € 5
- Rate for phone unit: € 0,10
In order to make a reservation at Sunset Hotel in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki (Chalkidiki) studios, apartments & suites it is necessary that 25% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:
- credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
- deposit in the following bank account:
- National Bank of Greece
- Branch: Νeos Marmaras
- Account Number: 212/470346-44
- Payee: S. ANASTASIADIS S.A.
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
- 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
- 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
In case of departure earlier than the scheduled date, the visitor-client is obliged to pay half the agreed rates for the days the room was not used, according to the regulation of hoteliers & guests relations of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
